Our commitment

Donded is committed to making our platform usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We are actively working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we treat this as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project.

What we've done

• Visible keyboard focus indicators on every interactive element
• Descriptive labels on icon-only buttons throughout the app, for screen reader users
• Keyboard-accessible creative editing — move, resize, and rotate ad overlays without a mouse
• Live announcements for dynamic content, like chat responses and save confirmations
• Landmark regions (navigation, main content) so screen reader users can jump directly to what they need
• A dedicated focus on the public booking page, since it is used by people without a Donded account
• Support for reduced-motion preferences

Known limitations

We are aware of areas that still need work, including a full manual screen reader pass (VoiceOver and NVDA) across every flow, and an explicit dark mode. These are tracked internally and prioritised ahead of general availability.
