Setting up automatic booking for new leads

From Settings → Booking, connect Google Calendar or Outlook/Microsoft 365 (or both) so Donded knows when you're actually free. Without a connected calendar, Donded still captures leads but can't offer real availability on the booking page.

Set your appointment length, buffer time between jobs, and working hours in the same tab — these feed directly into what times a customer sees as available when they open their personal booking link.

Once connected, every new lead automatically receives an email with a link to book a real, available time slot — no manual back-and-forth, and the booking writes straight back into your connected calendar.
